Come dance to the romantic songs throughout the ages with ballroom DJ Roger Buckner. Vote for your favorite “star” as our local celebrities are partnered with dancing professionals. A great way to raise “fun” and “funds” for Transylvania Community Arts Council Summer Art Programs for kids. Admission $10/person (includes one glass of wine) Talent doesn’t just thrive in Hollywood, California. Western North Carolina has plenty of community celebrities who are willing to compete for one night of glory on the dance floor. Come join us for Dancing with Our Stars on Valentine’s Weekend. The audience votes for their favorite---$1.00 per vote—which means you can vote as many times as you want and for as many couples as you want! This dance event is held at the Brevard Little Theatre/American Legion Hall on Jordan and Johnson Streets. The Sweetheart Dance is from 8:00 pm through 11:00 pm, with the Dancing with Our Stars program beginning at 9:00 pm. (Tables of ten people can be reserved for $100).
