On paper, it looks a little zany. A combination springtime music festival and commemorative event for Brevard’s illustrious furry mascot, this free yearly festival gathers some of the best local and regional bands together for two nights in downtown Brevard. Days are enlivened by costume contests, arts & crafts, and food. Voted “Best WNC Spring Music Festival” by the Asheville Citizen-Times, this is a street party worth planning your season around.
